Liberty Latin America Announces Executive Team Changes

• Guillermo Ponce appointed as interim General Manager of Cable & Wireless Panama
• Rocio Lorenzo will be leaving the company to join Telenet as CEO in Belgium

Denver, Colorado - October 14, 2026: Liberty Latin America Ltd. (“Liberty Latin America” or “LLA”) (NASDAQ: LILA and LILAK, OTC Link: LILAB) today announced it has made changes to its Executive Team.

Guillermo Ponce been appointed SVP, interim General Manager of Cable & Wireless Panama replacing Rocio Lorenzo who will be leaving the company to join Telenet as CEO in Belgium.
