Executive Team and Directors

Chris is the Chief Financial Officer and a Senior Vice President of Liberty Latin America. He is responsible for Liberty Latin America's finance and treasury operations, including commercial finance, tax and financial planning, accounting and external reporting matters, investor relations and strategic oversight for the financial performance of the company.

Chris joined Liberty Global in 2005 as Vice President, Investor Relations and Business Analysis, and held multiple senior management positions before being appointed Chief Financial Officer for Liberty Global's Latin America operations in 2014, which subsequently became the LiLAC Group of Liberty Global, in July 2015.

Prior to joining Liberty Global, Chris was an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

John is the Chief Legal Officer & Secretary of Liberty Latin America. He is responsible for oversight of all legal matters affecting Liberty Latin America and risk management within the company, including legal support for corporate governance, financial reporting, litigation, mergers & acquisitions and commercial contracts, regulatory and general compliance.

John joined Liberty Global in 2013 and was most recently Managing Director, Legal where he was responsible for various legal matters, including legal support for financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and governance.

Prior to joining Liberty Global, John was with the law firm Baker Botts L.L.P., most recently as a partner in the corporate department, specializing in public and private acquisitions, financings and financial reporting.

Kerry is the Chief People Officer and a Senior Vice President of Liberty Latin America. She is responsible for oversight of Liberty Latin America's Human Resources and Communications functions including: strategy, leadership development and training; talent management, rewards and benefits; culture and employee engagement; and management for all internal and external communications. She is also leading the Operations Center in Panama City, Panama.

Kerry joined Liberty Global in 2015 based in the Netherlands as the Vice President, Global Talent, Leadership and Development.

Prior to joining Liberty Global, Kerry held a number of senior roles in HR across Europe and the Middle East for Vodafone, most recently as the Head of Talent for the European Region.

Ray is the SVP, Infrastructure and Corporate Strategy and a Senior Vice President of Liberty Latin America. He is responsible for Liberty Latin America’s Strategy and Corporate Development, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic planning and implementation.

Ray joined the LiLAC Group of Liberty Global in 2017 from Vodafone Ireland where he served on their management team as Director, Strategy and Corporate Affairs, and Chairman of their fiber Joint Venture with the State electrical utility.

Prior to Vodafone Ireland, Ray served as Vice President Strategy & Corporate Development within Liberty Global from 1998 to 2014 where he had responsibility for both Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Ray is a chartered accountant and has worked in various financial roles within the Telecoms and Aerospace sectors during his career.

Rocío is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Cable and Wireless Panama. She is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of the company including oversight of strategic planning, technology evaluation, product development and implementation, sales, operations, and customer service as well as maintaining our Digital, Content, and Interconnect and Roaming activities across Liberty Latin America.

Rocio joined us in 2021 as our Chief Customer Officer responsible for our customers’ experience and life time value. Prior to Liberty Latin America, Rocío was Managing Director & Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where she led their Telecommunications Practice. She advised leading telecommunications companies and MSOs on commercial, digital, and business transformation.

Aamir was appointed as Chief Technology and Product Officer and Senior Vice President of Liberty Latin America in April 2022.

He is responsible for Liberty Latin America’s Technology & Innovation (T&I) team, driving technology solutions including product development and network performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across the company’s multiple markets.

Prior to joining Liberty Latin America, Aamir held multiple senior roles at Verizon Communications, CenturyLink and Liberty Global. Aamir is a recognized senior digital technology executive with more than 28 years of experience in the implementation of global technology operations, innovation, complex infrastructures, consumer & business solutions, digital transformation, and capital cost efficiencies.

Eduardo is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Puerto Rico and USVI. In his role, he is responsible for the overall performance of the company including oversight of strategic planning, technology evaluation, product development and implementation, sales, operations, and customer service.

Eduardo has been in the industry for over thirty years and has worked across several countries in Latin America, Europe, and the US, and brings a wealth of experience to our business with a particular focus on mobile operations. Before joining Liberty Latin America, he was the President & CEO of TracFone Wireless, which was the largest prepaid wireless provider in the United States before being acquired by Verizon in 2021.

Inge is the Senior Vice President of our Caribbean markets.

She is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of the company including oversight of strategic planning, technology evaluation, product development and implementation, sales, operations, and customer service. She is also the Chairperson for the Cable & Wireless Charitable Foundation.

Inge first joined Liberty Global in the Telenet Group in 2009 where she held the position of Senior Vice President Residential Marketing and was a member of the Executive Team. In 2015, Inge was appointed Chief Marketing Officer for Liberty Global based in the Netherlands.

Prior to joining Liberty Global, Inge held a number of Marketing and Commercial positions with Procter and Gamble, most recently as the Business Leader for the Benelux Paper Business.

Guillermo is responsible for overseeing the strategy and operational performance of Liberty Latin America’s operations in Costa Rica, playing a key role for our joint venture in Chile, and guiding our broader business development efforts across Central and South America.

Guillermo joined VTR in 1994 and has held multiple management positions at the company throughout his career. Beginning in 1997, he led a strategic initiative to transform VTR from a pure play cable TV provider to a triple-play cable, telephony and broadband leader. In 2001, he began taking on additional management responsibilities across operations, sales and customer care, ultimately being appointed Chief Commercial Officer in 2004. In 2012, Guillermo was appointed CEO of VTR and held that position until March 2021 when assumed his current role.

In addition to his role at VTR, Guillermo is member of several boards including: Cable & Wireless Panama; ICARE, the most prominent management organization in Chile; and 3Ie, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Institute at University Federico Santa Maria.
