John is the Chief Legal Officer & Secretary of Liberty Latin America. He is responsible for oversight of all legal matters affecting Liberty Latin America and risk management within the company, including legal support for corporate governance, financial reporting, litigation, mergers & acquisitions and commercial contracts, regulatory and general compliance.

John joined Liberty Global in 2013 and was most recently Managing Director, Legal where he was responsible for various legal matters, including legal support for financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and governance.

Prior to joining Liberty Global, John was with the law firm Baker Botts L.L.P., most recently as a partner in the corporate department, specializing in public and private acquisitions, financings and financial reporting.
