Liberty Latin America Reports Q3 2026 Results

  • 56,000 postpaid and broadband net adds in Q3
  • Operating Income of $181 million; 3% Adjusted OIBDA rebased YoY growth
  • Improving financial momentum anticipated in Q4
  • Over $150 million of share repurchases to date in 2026

Denver, Colorado - November 4, 2026: Liberty Latin America Ltd. (“Liberty Latin America” or “LLA”) (NASDAQ: LILA and LILAK, OTC Link: LILAB) today announced its financial and operating results for the three months (“Q3”) and nine months (“YTD”) ended September 30, 2026.

President and CEO Balan Nair commented, “In the third quarter, we delivered a strong operating performance, adding 56,000 postpaid mobile and broadband subscribers, representing a clear step-up from both Q1 and Q2. C&W Panama led the way with the largest contribution, while Liberty Costa Rica returned to a healthier cadence of postpaid additions."

“Commercially, we continue to be opportunistic on targeting price increases across the group, notably in Panama through Q3 and, more recently, in Jamaica. We also rolled out Liberty-Starlink partnerships during the quarter, launching direct-to-cell propositions in Panama and Costa Rica.”

“Our Adjusted OIBDA momentum carried into the third quarter, with rebased growth of 3% and margin expansion of 160 basis points YoY supported by continued efforts to improve our cost base. We anticipate improving momentum in both revenue and Adjusted OIBDA in the fourth quarter as we move into the key holiday selling season and benefit from phasing of B2B.”

“YTD Adjusted FCF before distributions to partners came in almost $140 million ahead of the same period in 2025. As is typical for us, we expect the bulk of our cash flow to land in the fourth quarter.”

“Since the distribution of Preference shares in June, our capital allocation reflects a marked acceleration in repurchases of our common equity. Through 2026 to date, we have deployed over $150 million in repurchases, equivalent to nearly 10% of 2025 year-end common shares outstanding. We intend to stay disciplined and opportunistic as regards future share repurchases."
